Configuring Datasource to use a default schema

How can I configure the datasource in db2-ds.xml to also include the database schema name? Right now, I have to add the schma name as part of the query and I dont want to do that.
If this is not possible, what alternative do I have? I am using JDBC and not Hibernate.

Thanks!

This is an excerpt from db2-ds.xml.

Correct me if I am wrong, but dont you specify the schema name and password as part of user-name and password parameters shown above?

My user name is not the same as my schema name. So I cant replace the user name with the schema name.
