Enterprise Application in Eclipse 3.4.0 with JBoss

I implemented a simple Enterprise Application in Eclipse 3.4.0 where a servlet calls an ejb3 session bean. The JBoss version is jboss-4.0.4.GA.
The application doesn't work because the bean is not recognized by the servlet. I've got the message:
"15:09:41,802 WARN [JmxKernelAbstraction] jboss.j2ee:ear=Proj04.ear,jar=Proj04EJB.jar,name=FiboBean,service=EJB3 is not registered"
Followed, of course, by the message: "tutorial.ejb.FiboBeanRemote not bound".
If I export the application ear to Glassfish it works fine but not in Eclipse.
How can I register it? By means a jboss.xml or something?
Thanks for any help.

Hi There,

As far as I know, JBoss 4.0.X doesn't have support for EJB 3 (except if you install a patch, I guess). Found it here

If you aren't in a Production environment and can change the JBoss version easly, I advice you to upgrade to version 4.2.x.

If you wanna a simple example of how to create/deploy an EJB3 component on JBoss 4.2.x, You can check this post out

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link:
