let me elaborate my problem and u people give ur suggestions .
well i have a application hosted in a webserver , what i want is in this applicatio(say a button)
when i click this button then a specific application in another webserver should be started ?? how is this possible Or is it possible to communicate between two webservers if so how cani be done !!! im a new bee so kindly give me a lead on this aspect!!!

This sure sounds like a strange requirement.
What do you want this new "webserver" to do? How will it be configured (what port will it listen to, where will it serve files from etc.) Is this new webserver on the same machine as the current one ?
In general, if you can start a web server from the command line, you should be able to start one using the Runtime.exec() method which just executes a local command.
As an aside. I see you haven't had replies to this question for some time. This is likely because you have not used proper words in your question. There is no character limit on these posts so you don't need to use "txt" abbreviations. Remember that the easier you make it for people to understand your question, the more likely they are to help you with an answer.
