I face the following problem while creating the oc4j instance.
Suggest me a solution .


Problem has occurred accessing the OracleAS 10G infrastructure database.
Base Exception:
oracle.ias.repository.schema.SchemaException:Unable to establish connection to the Oracle Internet
Directory Server ldap://cma.omantel.co.om:389/. Base Exception :
javax.naming.CommunicationException: cma.omantel.co.om:389 [Root exception is
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused]
