Integrate with Websphere

Hello,

Here's my problem.

I have 2 applications(A & B) deployed on 2 different application servers(iPlanet & Websphere) on 2 different physical m/c's.

Application A(on m/c A) on Iplanet has a link which when accessed has to be fowarded/redirected to application B on websphere(on m/c B).

How do I do this?

Does this call for use for Integration server

Please Help.
