Thank you for reading ,
What is the Sun apps 8.1 INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY ? and PROVIDER_URL ?
It is diffrent in application servers ? and i found no place in the web
containing all of this constant as a refrence .
I searched all of the Apps 8.1 docs which is shipped with it , with no luck

try this:

com.sun.jndi.cosnaming.CNCtxFactory

Properties env = new Properties();
env.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY, "com.sun.jndi.cosnaming.CNCtxFactory");
env.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, "iiop://localhost:2809/");
