Problem with Resin Load Balancing

I am trying to use load balancing(Clustering) in Resin 2.1.6 with resin itself as a Web Server and load balancer (No Apache).
Is this possible? Has anyone ever been able to do this?
When I startup resin, it only seems to listen to the http port, not the srun port on the backend server.

My resin.conf looks like this :

<http port='2900'/>

<srun id='be' srun-group='a' host='X.X.X.X' port='6802' srun-index='1'/>

<host>
...
<web-app id='/dir'>

<session-config>
<tcp-store/>
<always-save-session/>
</session-config>

<servlet>
<servlet-name>balance-a</servlet-name>
<servlet-class>com.caucho.http.servlet.LoadBalanceServlet</servlet-class>
<init-param srun-group='a'/>
</servlet>

<servlet-mapping url-pattern='/dir/*' servlet-name='balance-a'/>
</web-app>
</host>

This is what the output looks like on startup:
...
. http listening to *:2900

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
