Redeploy Web Application

I have set redeploy-mode="automatic" in the web-app. If I change the web.xml file or change a class, etc. it will redeploy. However, if you change tiles-defs or struts xml files, it doesn't redeploy.

Does anyone know of a way to add more files to flag for a redeploy/restart of the web-app?

Thank you!
Phil
