jchatbox

Hi,
I have one problem. I installed jchatbox for our lan.my problem is that if my chat window is minimized and someone sent message, I am not getting any indication (Neither chat window getting focus nor any other sign). If I again maximize the window then only I am realizing that someone sent message. Can anyone help me in solving this .It is very urgent for me.
Is there any way to solve this problem in jsp only
