How to connect to IMS resource

Hi,
I am trying to connect to IMS mainframe and while try to fetch some resource using some URI like below
http://tcpipsyb.cis.cat.com/mvsds/'tmp.z1nt.fnj02119.sa2497z0.pdf'
It prompts user authentication window, where i need to enter user name and password. Upon entering it fetches that pdf. Is there any way that I can pass user name and password I can pass using query string and avoid asking authentication window. What is the stanard parameter names for userid and password should I use. I think webserver on server is IBM HTTP Server.
