Does anyone know how to integrate say Java App Server (that also runs EJB etc) with say Apache HTTP server (PHP) and/or MS IIS (.NET)?

I dont understand integration between servers. Do you mean delegating HTTP requests from Apache or IIS to any of the JEE compliant APP server?

Or if you need PHP capability in any of the App server [which will also have a web container] please proceed with the below link. It explains for Tomcat. But it should be easy to configure for any other web container.
