Hi! I would like the topic "FileDialog with Filter!!! " in sing/jfc/awt/ be closed. It was started by me with only me posting on it and well I guess I ve slved the problem.. but again theres been another topic under the same which replicates my topic.. so I request the Sheriffs or the Bartenders to please close the topic.

well Im not sure we can let a topic for which a solution has been found should be alive.. @ least there should be a solved tag on it.. it really helps when searching for solutions..

Putting a solved tag on posts has been suggested at least once before that I have seen. Someone brought up the point that, if a post is marked "solved" people with additional information or differing points of view may be less likely to post.
