Rules Roundup Problem

I have posted this problem before and I still encounter it, so maybe its a problem with my browser? Oftentimes (ok, all the time) when playing Rules Roundup, the question does not display but the answers do. If I refresh the page, I get a new question (that's based on the fact that I get new answers) that does display properly but as soon as I submit my answer, I'm onto another set of answers without a question. Help!

Older browsers did not have this problem. And the current applet is old. A rewrite is being worked on.
