JPython (http://www.python.org/jpython/) is a version of the Python
programming language based on Java
byte-code. As such JPython code might differ from Java in
source form, but generates pure Java .class files (JPython is
100% pure Java
certified). Indeed, JPython can use Java objects, and Java
programs can use
objects developed in JPython, all quite seamlessly.
