Thanks,

Hello Shaji,

I don't know of a really good OOAD book but I can recommend a OOAD course at UCSC Extension (Santa Cruz, California) which did a perfect job for me.

The course works with two books, UML Distilled from Martin Fowler and The UML User Guide from Grady Booch etc.

You can find the course under UCSC Extension - OOAD course.

The books are only a little part of the whole story. The course itself makes you to an OOAD expert, since the course instructor has a clear picture of OOAD and force you through a number of homeworks to become an expert.

Regards,
Darya

Look at Applying UML and Patterns, Third Edition, by Craig Larman, ISBN: 0131489062. It is subtitled "An Introduction to Object-Oriented Analysis and Design and Iterative Development". List price: $59.99; at Bookpool $32.95. (I have no connection whatsoever with Bookpool, except as a satisfied customer.)

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
