Any good book which covers JSTL? or any other resource on the net?

Check out the entries here.

Personally, I started out with the 9-horseshoe JSTL: Practical Guide for JSP Programmers by Sue Spielman. It's a bit dated, but still a good intro.

But of course there's no substitute for the Specification itself.
