We're going to have a project using portal/portlet. I have no idea about this topic. Any one can recommand some good books (or online tutorial/document)? It better be "light weight", I'm too lazy to read a book of 500 pages.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
