There has been some talk of a book that might hit Spring and Hibernate and maybe a few others. It's still very much in the planning stages though - so don't hold your breath.
Is anyone else interested in this kind of topic?
Eliminate fossil fuel subsidies. (If you're not on the edge, you're taking up too much room.)

Bert,
Your books seem to be in demand right from their inception stages.
There are high chances of your spring book outnumbering sales figures of your existing books
So wish to see your book on spring in near future.

Head First Hibernate sounds good. But do you really think the Hibernate guys will put their hands off and leave the show for you. The only way I see Head First Hibernate ever happens is to get them on board as Head First Hibernate authors

Are you kidding? Let the hibernate guys do their job while the HF team do theirs...
We're updating HF Servlets. It's important to understand that this is a MINOR update! We're going to fix the known errata, we're going to add a few small topics (like dynamic attributes), and we're going to write some new mock questions.
So, if you already have the book, we don't want you to go out and buy the new version and then be disappointed, because not much has changed. However, if you don't already have the book and you're interested in getting a copy, it might be worth waiting a few months to get the new one.
HFSJ was my first ever book i bought of HF series and it was in 2005 and since when i am a die hard fan of HF altogether!
