I recently brought Head First Servlets and JSP and i'm really happy by the way you people have designed it.It makes learning really simple.

I wish i had a Head First book on Jasper report Or iReport or SCJP.

If you have any information regarding it please inform.

Thanks once again for all the efforts you all put in.

Hi Abhijit,

Thanks for your kind words.

At this point none of the titles you mentioned are being planned - if we do decide to write any of those books we'll let everyone here at the ranch know!

Hi Guys,

Just to clarify a bit:

Head First Java is NOT meant to be used to prepare for the SCJP exam! It's more of a beginning book. If you're just starting in Java it might be a good place to start, but by no means should you think that it will prepare you for the exam.

Kathy and I did write a different book - around here people usually call it "K&B" - and it IS specifically for the SCJP exam. You should know however that "K&B" is NOT a Head First book. It has more of a traditional look and feel.

hth,

Bert
