O'Reilly was making a lot of progress on this book, but late in the game we realized that the book that was being written wasn't really the book that we wanted. It was a very hard call to stop work on the first version of the book, and I applaud O'Reilly for having the foresight to stop that version and start a different version. At this point the new version is still in the very beginning stages so there is no firm date for its completion. If you check in here or at the O'Reilly site you'll know when it's coming!
