Are there any framework like JUnit to do Unit Testing of UI components like JSPs ?If so please let me know at the earliest.

You can always test the output generated by JSPs using tools like HttpUnit, JWebUnit, or HtmlUnit. Then there are tools like TagUnit and Cactus which let you test JSP tag libraries (and output).
