I need information regarding the testing tools and quality principles to be known by a person to become a Software Quality Assurance Professional.

Is "Software Quality Assurance Professional" some kind of an official/certified status? If not, I guess the minimum requirements are to "be in the right place at the right time" (think 2-man startup with no money looking for a tester)...
