I am going to do API testing of the particular Framework. It's 70% J2EE and 30% their own framework. Which is the best way for the API Testing, Can i write my own automation tool for API Testing otherwise can i use alreday exiting tools available in the Market (like JUnit) for API Testing ?

What exactly do you mean by "API testing". What do you want to test?

The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts. Think only on those things that are in line with your principles and can bear the light of day. The content of your character is your choice. Day by day, what you do is who you become. Your integrity is your destiny - it is the light that guides your way. - Heraclitus
