cactus using Eclipse

Did anybody used Cactus to test there code using Eclipse IDE

My question is, Cactus runs on both Client and Server JVM, so you will place required jar files under WEB-INF/lib folder on the server side. But where will you place the jar files on the client side when you are using Eclipse IDE
