Yeah i knew about CSTE BoK.
Can you guide me how much effort/ preparation we need to put on for
successfull %, and also if any books are there for that means that will be great or online meterials also.

I am wondering why we dont have any queris/solutions related to Testing Certifications as we had for JAVA. Can any one please let me know is there any constraints to talk about Testing Certifications lile CSTE,CSQA ,etc...
Any how i am believing that we can have more info regarding testing certifications in great Java Ranch.

It's totally OK to talk about any kind of (software development related) certifications at JavaRanch - in fact that's what the "Products and Other Certifications" forum is meant for.
If you don't find much discussion here on that topic that's probably because not many of our members are interested in it...

There are other places where you will find more testers like qaforums and the yahoo groups. I think there will be more people interested in the CSTE on a testers forum than a developers one.
