load test tools

I would like to have your recommendation about load test tools which we will use test Peoplesoft CRM (users about 300) and SAP finance (suers about 300) as well as test our in-house developing internet web application (say -- 50000 concurrent users). What are two best commercial tools and two best open source tools? Do you think that we need to buy commercial tools (money is not a problem)? Also we have a small shop, we do not have dedicated QA to work on it -- I mean that we would like to have a tool easy to learn and master for using.

Also, we would like to test different systems integrations.
