I am using HTMLUnit for unit testing my web application.
I wanted to know if there is any way we can get code coverage with it.

You could use a tool like Emma to instrument anything that is run on the server. If you start it right before HTMLUnit runs and look at the result right after to get the HTMLUnit part of the results.
