What's this about? [This message has been edited by ...... (edited January 23, 2001).] Is this what ppl put when they take someone else's post and modify it or what? And how coome it often appears more than once?

You have an option to edit your message ... the little icon with the pad and pen on it ... whenever you do this that message is added to the bottom of your post ... if for some reason you edit your post more than once you will get more than one message ... you can remove the text from the earlier edit though .. some people forget so they end up with that message two or more times at the end of their post. GreenHorns and Ranchhands can only edit their own messages .. Bartenders can edit any message in the forum theu moderate and sherriffs can edit any message in any forum... so sometimes you may notice that a message was edited by someone other than the person who originally posted it.
Pounding at a thick stone wall won't move it, sometimes, you need to step back to see the way around.
