Knowledge and Background Requirements Minimum At least five years experience in software development projects including complete development lifecycle Three years experience with OO Analysis and Design using one of the prominent methodologies Three years development experience in C++ and/or Java Experience in development of Web based, 3-tier applications Experience with UNIX and Windows NT Experience with structured application development methodology Strong creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in team situations Willingness to travel as needed to client sites to work on projects
