This week's book giveaway is in the Agile and other Processes forum. We're giving away four copies of The Mikado Method and have Ola Ellnestam and Daniel Brolund on-line! See this thread for details.
I passed 486 on July 4th. I haven't got my certificate or card yet. I called IBM and they don't seem to know if there's a certificate or not. Did anyone ever get anything from IBM after passing 486? Except the prometric score sheet. thx

All I got was the papers from the exam. I do not think there is more.

I got a reply from IBM. They told me the prometric score sheet is all you get. That sucks.

The IBM exam is only part of a larger examination programme(s). Passing the UML exam in itself does not earn you a 'certification title'. This is why you do not receive a certificate. regards, paul.

I know, In fact I'm already Jcert 2. I'll be jcert 3 before christmas hopefully. for those interested www.jcert.org
Based on the fact that 486 doesn't give you a certificate, does a jCert member vendor send you a new certificate if the UML certification gives you the Solution Developer's level certification? I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to
run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
