Hi all,
I'm new to UML and have the following question.
How do I represent in a diagram internal method communication within a class.

Hi Martin,
it depends on the tool, which you are using.
In UML notation it is represented as self message in Sequence diagrams.
i hope it will clear your doubt...

The answer is, it depends. usually it's a line that loops back to the box from where it's coming.
you should question yourself tough if the message is part of implementation more than design. It might not be meaningful to model it.
