This week's giveaway is in the EJB and other Java EE Technologies forum. We're giving away four copies of EJB 3 in Action and have Debu Panda, Reza Rahman, Ryan Cuprak, and Michael Remijan on-line! See this thread for details.
The Sun's web site has several levels of documentation, starting from simple tutorial. There is an on line book by Ed Roman, it is also available as hard copy. The serverside.com is a good place to look for design patterns and other design related aspects of using EJB. Malleka
The "Core J2EE Patterns" (SUN) will definitively help you.
