I am asked to give a presentation on pattern (for a job interview). But I have no too much knowledge on it. Could anyone give me a link of the introduction of pattern for second year university students?

Check out the reviews here. This book is an excellent introduction to patterns.

simon , i feel you have a difficult task in hand. it all depends on which students they are ? i mean Computer science graduates or what ? what is their knowledge of oops ? how well they are conversant with UML & java etc ? by taking account all these factors , you will have to give the presentation.
this can be good starting point for you , provided the other factors mentioned by me are fulfilled.
