For peoples who wondering about real exam, This is the longest exam I have ever taken (135 minutes). 56 questions (passing score 38 questions). after review all of posts on this forums and I took IBM ICE exam three times. last time I got 92% on ICE exam. There is many questions regard same scenario in real one. It took me about 65 minutes to complete exam. I marked 6 questions that I wasn't sure. I spent 10 minutes to review marked questions and "corrected" two of them (I might not call it "correct"). so be calm, do not be scared by lengthy exam time. I had a plenty of times left after I step out testing center.
Conclusion: review all of questions and answers about ICE exam that has been posted here. Do not try to memorize it, but try to understand it. If you are confuse about answers, please post it on this forum, there are a lot of nice guys on this forum will help you out. Until you can answer all of ICE questions without a doubt, You are ready for real one. PS: If you have been working on OOP for a while, you shouldn't need larman's book. I have been playing with OOP over 6 years now. I only reviewed a couple charpters of Larman's book in B&N book store. But I found that it is very helpful book for beginer of OOAD and works. Good Luck for peoples who are preparing for OOAD & UML exam Cheers for all [ March 26, 2002: Message edited by: Sunny Liu ]

Shipping, please change your display name to comply with Naming Policy of this Forums.("Firstname Lastname") I haven't seen a book that could replace Martin Fowler's UML Distilled yet. because this book covers everything and easy to read. In your case, You may try following books togather: 1. The Unified Modeling Language User Guide by Grady Booch, James Rumbaugh, Ivar Jacobson 2. The Unified Software Development Process by Grady Booch, James Rumbaugh, Ivar Jacobson 3. Software Project Management by Walker Royce 3. Use Case Driven Object Modeling with UML by Doug RosenBerg with Kendall Scott. I think martin fowler might has a web site and You may found a lof of stuffs from his web site as well.
