Rational Rose

I am using Designer6i as the Case tool, and UNIX and Oracle forms for the system.
Now the analysis will be started using Rational Rose, Please suggest how should I start with this ??

We have the EXACT env here in my shop!!!
Everybody has been doing procedural process and doing procedural design/development. Now, they are chaning to OO. The transition is a tough one. Email me again on the heppnings. We are more than half way through on this.
