Technical Training Manager At Art Technology Group, our Customer Education Group is expanding rapidly -- and with this growth comes tremendous opportunity. We are expanding our training facilities at locations around the globe (including the Greater Boston area, Chicago, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Reading UK, Stockholm Sweden, and Australia). We are developing our infrastructure by hiring staff, designing curriculum, developing new and innovative video and web-based training programs, and creating a certified training program. We are looking for skilled professionals with combined training and software development experience to join our management team.
Primary Responsibilities Include: � Oversee activities of trainers and courseware developers who work out of your regional office. � Manage a training coordinator who schedules and handles logistics of customer training engagements. � Deliver less technical Dynamo classes from time-to-time, including: Dynamo for HTML Designers Dynamo Personalization for Marketers � Participate in planning, continued development, and ongoing strategies of Educational Services department and its offerings. Qualifications: � Required: * a high-tech software development and/or training background including experience with systems or application development using object-oriented languages (Java or C++) * 3+ years staff/project management experience * Excellent people, project management and presentation skills � Preferred: * 5+ years experience in the software industry
