Great technology being used(lot of EJB), great product, and great work environment. Opportunities like this just aren't found in Phoenix. Salaries have ranged from 72k-98k, plus 15-25% bonus, and stock package in excess of 200k(company is public and stock in doing excellent).
REQ.
2-3 years hands on experience in C++
At least 1 year of java
Strong OO knowledge
NO H1-Visa Transfers at this time
--Also need 1-2 more Team leads with a little more Experience
