Please have a look at the image for question 71 in the below link from BalaParanj's test.

I thought the answer to be "A subsystem is a discrete entity that has behavior and interfaces". Any thoughts.

I think this question (as so many others) doesn't test wether you understood the subject, but wether you read and internalized the book.
