Experience in leading teams of software engineers through a complete product lifecycle
at least 5 years experience in designing and developing enterprise-class applications with 2 years hands-on experience in using server-side Java (servlet, JSP, EJB etc.)
Solid expertise in designing and developing EJBs (both Entity and Session Beans) and using advanced Java protocols such as RMI, CORBA, IIOP etc.
Have strong experience in O-O modelling techniques using UML and tools such as Rational Rose
Must have implemented systems on any J2EE compliant application server such as BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere, iPlanet App. Server etc.
strong skills in in SQL and the major RDBMS systems including Oracle
Knowledge of Extreme Programming Methodology will be highly preferable
Java Lead/Architect
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop and enhance various components of mvion solutions
Lead teams of software engineers through a complete product lifecycle
Mentor other engineers on related cutting edge technologies and project management techniques
