They must be a skilled software developer and familiar with professional software development techniques. The individual must be skilled in Java. Experience in web application development is required. Knowledge of XSL, HTML, EJB and Servlet programming is a plus. Business scenarios, use cases and a general understanding of requirements modeling required is a plus. OO modeling and data modeling skills required for senior level positions. In general, this individual will have 4 years or more of development experience to qualify for a mid � level position and 6 years or more to qualify at a Senior level position.
