VC looking for Principal Software Engineer, San Francisco

Responsibilities:
�Provides technical management oversight of all technical activities and team
�Creates work architectures and project plans for technology deliverables
�Advises on roles and staffing requirements
�Conducts technology team status/review meetings and code reviews
�Coordinates technology activities with Project Manager, Creative Director and Chief Strategist�Ultimately responsible for the technical design and implementation
�Technical Project Management (tasking, staffing, planning, and scoping work)
Responsibilities:
�Experience with building Sales Proposals and Statement of Work documents
�Strong Consulting Skills (Facilitation, presentation, prioritization, etc.)
�Strong experience with Object Oriented Application Development
�Excellent Client Management Skills
�Excellent Communication Skills
�Strong business acumen
�7+ Years of Experience Required
�Bachelors Degree Required (Computer Science preferred)
Compensation ranges from 80 to 160+
