We are currently in need of a Java Developer for the Southpointe area (suburb of Pittsburgh, PA).
Skills required:
Proven development experience in a growth company. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities. 2 years Java programming with J2EE experience required. Current environment is Web Logic application server and Oracle 8i on Sun Solaris 7. Web hosting is Microsoft IIS. Visual Cafe is the current IDE.
Skills desired:
Map Xtreme server development and XML a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Java Developer - Perform EJB, Servlet, and JSP development to encapsulate business logic for emerging global e-business and engineering systems. Position will require the production of thorough technical documentation and the performance of rigorous quality assurance testing.

On Site, No travel necessary, Contract to Hire
