Waltham At ATG, our Customer Education Group is expanding rapidly -- and with this growth comes tremendous opportunity. We are expanding our training program offerings around the globe. We are developing our infrastructure by hiring staff, designing curriculum, developing new and innovative video and web-based training programs, and creating certification programs. We are looking for dynamic and energized professionals with technical training and curriculum development experience to join our certification program team. Primary responsibilities include: Development of certification level exams for software engineers and system administrators on the development, deployment, and management of Electronic Customer Relationship Management web applications using ATG Dynamo. Participating in the overall development and growth of the certification programs within the Educational Services department. Testing and refining of the exams being developed. Work with a third party test delivery vendor to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all exams. Occasionally assist with the development and refinement of other educational courses and programs. Becoming a subject-matter expert on the content of exams you develop, and on related technologies such as server-side Java (J2EE). Qualifications: Required: 3+ years exam development, courseware development or training experience A good understanding of exam & courseware development, including knowledge of educational design and development methods. Excellent people and presentation skills A solid understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with object-oriented languages Highly desirable: Experience delivering training on any of the following topics: software development, programming languages (C, C++, or Java), and object-oriented design or architecture Computer science degree Software development experience Compensation: ATG offers an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary(up to $120K), bonus plan, stock options, stock purchase plan, and other great benefits.
