or ms word? i tried but didnt find any in the software, or in internet

I'd sooner get a real UML tool, say Rose or Poseidon, and copy-paste pictures into Word. If somebody held a gun to my head and made me produce such documents.

Visio is also an option if you're looking for pretty diagrams, although frankly I prefer whiteboards for most of my modeling efforts.
