The general flow of the system is that a user can apply for the Grant to a particular Program Office towards a particular solicitation. Once the user�id is approved by the concerned Program Office, the User will be sent an e-mail in this regard, and then he can Submit the Application. The Application can be Approved, Denied, or can be put On Hold during the various levels of approval process spanning different program offices. After being approved by Program Office the application has to be approved at different offices like OCFMD (Office of the Comptroller Financial Management Division), (Office of Budget Management Services), OC (Office of the Comptroller), AAG (office of the Attorney General) and OCPA. My part is to design Screen in JSP and HTML, Vector and Bean concept was used to retrieve the datas from the table. Used JDBC API driver to connect with Backend. Applet is used to display images. JSP-Plugin is used to co-ordinate all Applets having different functionalities

Does this really matter? It is such a waste for all these people to post this junk here when the job is obviously long gone. I am not the only one complaining about this either.
