I ve 5 + yrs of exp in Software testing. I ve got an offer from a company in Dubai. But yrt to negotiate in terms of my salary and other details. Can someone tell me how much should I quote as my salary. And how good is the IT Industry in Gulf compared to India? How is the cost of living in Dubai?

I got an offer from Infosys and they are holding a 3 month notice period...the salary is OK but am bit hesitant abt 3 months notice period....

I am working in HCL Chennai and has 5 yrs of exp. My Current CTC is 4.7 l/a. I got an offer from Bally Systems, Chennai and they are offering me 8 lacs. But since I ahvent heard of this company before I am in a dilemma to accept the offer?

i ve an offer from verizon and HCL technologies. Package package in veri is 80,000 more than HCL and the designation also seems to be team lead. But I will have to work in nite shifts (i eman i ve to come in the evening and go only next day morning)
HCL gaver me a position lesser than team lead but i am getting a onsite chance immediately for mini 3 months which can extend/coem back.

How is the job security in both companies?

I am in a confusion which one should I join. Pls reply asap.
