I had a worse problem than yours last week. When making the payment with a credit card (third-party popup), I received the success message, but when trying to return to the Oracle Education website, to view the finalized order, I got the expired session error.

On the same day I opened a ticket to Oracle and they could do nothing except recommend that I wait for the automatic reversal of the amount between financial institutions in a maximum of 10 days.

Yesterday, after 7 days of headache, it resolved itself automatically.

I'm quite unsure about trying this purchase again as unfortunately the Oracle Education website is very unstable for these months.

Maybe I'll try it in January until the World Cup and Christmas and New Years parties are over.

You can try to access the official link https://education.oracle.com/OUcontactUs on Order Processing. Either Order Information or Invoicing

I tried last week but Oracle can't solve it without some order related record.

The funny part is that the Payment Hub does not keep any data related to the order of the company which it provides service.
In the past I had a similar problem with Paypal but they resolved it automatically in less than 24 hours.

Despite everything, I hope that you are successful in the purchase and in the other steps to achieve your certification. Success on your journey!

Update

My bank solved the problem today. Thank God.

Today I have a debit entry on my card, I have not received any email about the purchase order, much less a voucher issued by Oracle.
I am currently waiting for a legal deadline (7 business days) to request the cancellation of this purchase from my credit card with my bank. This episode is deplorable.
I don't want to cause panic for colleagues here, but the instability of the Oracle Education website took my spirits away.
Is Oracle going from bad to worse?
I've already been studying for two months, I've invested in the necessary resources for one of Oracle's certifications and if I don't get my money back I'll have to leave that goal behind, at least until Oracle's services stabilize.
Congratulations Rebecca!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I'm following this path (book + mocks) and hope to get it by the end of this month too.
Hi folks !

Today I took the test and passed with 73%.
Dude! It was hard punk.

I've used the resources given by the forum. I appreciate the great assistance provided by colleagues.

Finally I can sleep calm and gather forces for the next phase.

Thanks!!!

Congrats!!!

Well, you can tell us about your preparation. What resources did you study? How much time you spent? What was your score? Was the exam difficult? ...

Excuse me for these questions, because I'm a little unsure and I will be trying to take it next month. I hope.

Thanks and Merry Christmas

Congrats Ronald,

What are the resources that you use for web services?
And how time do you spend to the first part of the exam?

Thanks!

I'm studying J2EE(tm) Web Services by (RMH). This is a excellent book for beginners, accordingly to some architects in this forum. But, if your level is intermediary you can read SOA using Java Web Services.

Greetings.
Hi Sharadindu,

What were the resources that you used for this exam? And how long you took to study?

Thank you!

My opinion is the letter B.

Thanks for your question.
