In-the-Brain of Paul Fremantle: Implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with Apache Axis2 and Web Services - Free November Seminars
The Skills Matter training centre is hosting a free seminar featuring Paul Fremantle, VP of Technology at WSO2 and an expert in the area of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services. Paul will discuss the aims and approaches for SOA, in particular how to implement it with the open source tool kit - Apache Axis 2. He will examine how Axis2 supports a variety of service technologies ranging from simple XML/HTTP through fully secure, reliable Web Services. Paul will also give an overview of the Apache Web Services project, focusing in on key projects, and cover interoperability, performance and future directions for Apache and Web Services.
