And where is f@king Javadoc for the interface (just simple comments provided).

Just downloaded my assignment. Reading.
Find problem - I cant implement DB interface (in case I should follow comments in given code):
public interface DB { // Reads a record from the file. Returns an array where each // element is a record value. public String[] read(int recNo) throws RecordNotFoundException; ...
So comment said "Returns an array where each element is a
record
value".
What is this shit about!?
"field value" - I understand that but not "
record
value".
May be misspelling.
Who has same issue?
