Also some of these people wouldn't have the knack of teaching well; I feel it's an innate talent - quite tough to learn. You first need inner power, to get the class' attention, keep them focussed, and make a clear presentation. Communication skills, ability to inspire the students, and get them involved in the class by cleverly leading them onto ask questions... all this is important.
